A single clean and check visit is $85. Or, you can opt-in on our service agreement at $154, which entitles you to two service visits – one in the spring for your air conditioning, and one in the fall for your heating system.
Our service agreement includes two thorough checks of your HVAC system, which comes to $13 a month when budgeted out. Contact us to learn more.
Please note both the single visit ($85) and the service agreement price ($154) are for a single, residential HVAC system. Additional costs apply to commercial systems, as well as houses with multiple systems.
